Chun Bong, a third-generation filmmaker, and his newly rescued assistant director Mi Young embark on a journey to find the path of cinematic masters. But the search is a pretext; his real interest lies in uncovering industry secrets. Mi Young, curious and ambitious, is someone Chun Bong wants to seduce to fulfill his desires. Meanwhile, Chun Bong’s wife, Eun-woo, also visits the masters’ path with her son’s soccer coach, Sung-kyu, a place filled with sweet memories from their dating days. Coincidentally, the couple has an overnight encounter at a nearby motel, sharing space unknowingly. Their modern couple’s life is like walking a tightrope between Eros and Thanatos, always sneaking through gaps in their relationship.
